In the event itself, Jen starts the kids off learning about other iconic duos, before she shares how she came up with her characters Buck & Ears. The assembly then gets split into two to create to opposing pirate crews. They’ll get to choose which boat they’ll ‘sail’ in and which flag they’ll fly, before taking part in a pirate quiz to see who will take home all the gold. Super fun and works best with year 2 upwards, but we have squeezed in year 1. Jen is used to a big crowd, so the more students the better for this one. Jen can do up to three schools a day.
